A Week Away

We've just been away for a week to our favourite little spot in Wales. I've been going there since I was 10 weeks old and I also went when I was pregnant and for our first family holiday too so it holds quite a lot of memories. We rent a lovely house right on the edge of the sea every time we visit and it has such stunning views. Our room has windows facing over the cliff edge and I happened to wake up just as the sun was rising one morning to capture it on camera, but the photo doesn't really do it justice. Last year we went in early spring and early autumn so I missed the opportunity to see all the flowers and trees in bloom so I took advantage of them being out this year and captured a few shots! We had a wonderful week and it was so nice to take Oscar away now that he's that little bit older. Last time he was only 3 months old so he spent most of his time sleeping but this time he loved looking around and playing with the sand on the beach and watching the sun sparkle on the sea. We also got him a bubble machine and he absolutely loved  it. He was trying to capture the bubbles as they flew past him, so cute. It'll be so much fun when he can dig sandcastles and toddle through the waves!
